{ Dare To Wear } Ripped Jeans + Space Dye

There’s a new style find on repeat and a new blog photoshoot to go with it. I’m extra excited to share these next few outfit posts for a few reasons.

1. It was the first time we did a street-style shoot.

2. The location was absolutely fabulous. It was on Kings Highway East in Haddonfield, NJ, which is a really cute area with lots of little shops and places to eat.

3. I’m wearing an item you may recognize if you watch me on QVC or follow on Instagram. It’s a space-dyed, zip-up cardigan with faux-suede sleeves from LOGO by Lori Goldstein. I fell in love with it and decided to treat myself to the shale shade and have been wearing it a ton. Here’s one of the many ways.

{ Style Tips }

1. Dress up ripped jeans with heels. I recently found this pair at DSW and love that they’ve got cool details, but are understated, making them extra versatile.

2. Wear your sweater as a jacket on when it’s weather appropriate If you live in a hotter climate then you get this luxury often. Soon it’ll be snowing, so while there are still some nice days I’m taking advantage  — hence this fabulous space-dye sweater as the outer layer and exposed knees.

3. Add tights under ripped jeans. I didn’t do this in these pics, but plan on it as the temps drop. I’m just not read to retire this style just because I live it a cooler climate.

4. Red lips dress up messy buns + make your teeth look whiter. Plus it’s a great shade for around the holiday season, which is pretty much here already (stay tuned for present picks & DIY gift ideas coming to the blog soon!).
