I spy with my little eye… more eyes! Evil eyes, to be exact.
One of the perks of being a blogger/reporter/stylist is discovering cool stuff — whether it’s charms for your hair, a new diffusion line, or in this case, a boho-chic jewelry brand with style and meaning. I recently found out about a fabulous local line Moira Anne Artisan by Moira Rubino, and since receiving a couple bracelets they haven’t left my wrist (except for showering). They’ve also been snagging SO MANY compliments so I thought I better give this girl a shoutout and tell you a little more about her good-vibes line.
Based in Phoenixville, PA, there’s meaning in each piece thanks to with special stones and designs with symbolism for protection, abundance, peace and enlightenment. I’m digging the evil eye. As the her site says: “the evil eye is thought to bring good luck and protection and is observed in Jewish, Christian and Muslim cultures as well as Buddhist and Hindu societies.”
The jewelry can be worn by guys, gals and kids too. My favorite part, besides supporting a local biz babe, is the price point. These little hand-made luxuries range from around $35 to $65. I’m def going to keep these in mind for gifts. I also predict that they may be styled in an upcoming outfit post.
