Hello and happy Friday! This month has been so busy – busy in a good way, but busy! When I started my recent column Friday Find I thought I’d have time to show you my latest buy of the week, but guess what. This budget-fashionista does more outfit remixing than buying, so the Friday Find will still exist, but will probably be under a new name and not weekly.
And so, now it’s time to introduce to you the new post you’ll be seeing every Friday, and I’m not sure what to call it.
Should it be Style Remix or Trend Remix?
Once a month I’ll introduce to you an item in my wardrobe and every week will show a new way to style it. So this month’s remix will incorporate an amazing high-low dress from Spiegel. They recently treated me to a little shopping spree (all the items I got are linked at the bottom) and I fell in love with this dress! For my first remix I decided to show how to make this dress appear as a skirt by adding a sweater from Speigel. The sweater adds warmth for this hot-cold weather and the necklace and turban add some metal to and really make it an outfit. Check back next week to see how I remix the dress!
