Looking for a new statement accessory? Try an ear cuff. It’s an earring that basically clips on to the outer part of your ear, like how a cuff bracelet would go on to your wrist. Many also go into your bottom lobe piercing (the traditional earring hole) and come in pairs and singles. I started noticing this trend last year, and predict it will even bigger in 2014.
Rihanna just wore an ear cuff over the weekend at the American Music Awards, while Nicole Richie and Jessica Alba were spotted at the Met Ball earlier this year in ear cuffs. Jessica opted for a full pair with her updo. Other celeb sightings include Ke$ha, and Jennifer Lawrence.
Okay, now where should you shop for these? I mean, why not add them to your Black Friday shopping list? In fact, a lot of stores are starting sales early. Express just announced on Twitter that their Black Friday Sale starts early and they are offering half off every item in the store. This is online too and goes now til Nov.29th at noon, which is Black Friday. That makes these ear cuffs just under $14.
Forever 21 is running Pre-Black Friday Deals and select jewelry is buy one, get one FREE. Forever 21 also tweeted something that sounds a hint at a surprise Black Friday Deal. This pretty ear cuff is under $5 and sparkles enough for a holiday party.
