1. Red Flower’s Little Flower Candles

The benefits of aromatherapy are vast and vary by your fragrance choice.  Relaxation, stress relief, sleep, and happiness  can all be aided thanks to a lovely scent. Red Flower’s Little Flower Candles are small, so you can pack them in your bag easily. I like lighting candles that have essential oils to unwind after a crazy day. A few of my favorites include French Lavendar for a calming effect, Indian Jasmine to relieve stress, and Moroccan Rose to ignite a sense of calming balance.

2. H&M Conscious Collection

The H&M Conscious Collection offers up sustainable style. The eco-chic fashion line is made of organic, recycled, or other sustainable materials. The are styles for ladiesmenkids, and the home. Prices are pretty affordable, though they do a have a few luxe styles that ring up in the triple digits. The pleated dress pictured is under $70 & made from recycled polyester, so it’s good for the earth and your wallet.

3. DIY Yoga Mat Cleaner

When was the last time you cleaned your yoga mat? I used to use lysol wipes, but now that I think of it, throwing away that many wipes is not so eco-friendly. I’ve been searching for a bunch of DIY Yoga Mat Cleaners and created my own concoction using three simple and green ingredients. Just spray and wipe off with a towel. 4. Yerba Mate

Yerba Mate is soooo delish! It has the “strength of coffee, the health benefits of tea, and the euphoria of chocolate.” How can something be so great? Yerba Mate is made from leaves from a South American rainforest tree. It has caffeine, theophylline, and theobromine – all stimulants found in tea, coffee, and chocolate. I like prepping my cup of Yerba Mate in a French press and I mix in a little coconut milk. My go-to Yerba Mate brand is Guayaki – it’s certified organic, certified fair trade, and his packaged sustainably.

5. St. Ive’s Green Tea Scrub

There are so many benefits to green tea and I’m so obsessed. I spotted St. Ive’s Green Tea Scrub at the drugstore so had to try it. This exfoliant is made of green tea, olive oil, olive leaf extract, and silica (sand). It’s a 100% naturally-derived exfoliant, free of parabens and sulfate. It’s meant for the face and has blemish-clearing powers, but I also like using it on my arms and legs for a little body exfoliation.
