Happy Holidays! Last night I shopped the new Century 21 Philadelphia store and snagged a few presents for myself. One of which is a new dress that came into my life just in time for this blog photo shoot and for holiday parties, talk about perfect timing. I love the fit, the print, the color, and I also kind of love it paired with the TOMs for Target sweater worn as a shawl.
I came home from the fruitful shopping trip, styled it, and headed across the street to my photog’s place. This shoot’s guest stars include her cat Tutty and an airy Christmas tree from Terrain.
{Holiday Style Tips}
1. Bust out the bling. It’s a special time of year so ornament yourself accordingly. I opted for layering some vintage jewelry with a couple other pieces from my jewelry box.
2. A sweater around the shoulder makes an instant shawl. Remember this next time you are a cold at a party.
3. Mix it all together. This look incorporates different prints, textures, accessories from different decades, and my nails are covered in glitter. Wear what makes you happy. As the legendary fashion stylist Lori Goldstein says, “Everything goes with anything.”
