Skip the heavy bronzers. Turns out contouring is out and strobing is in. It’s how celebs achieve that Hollywood glow.

Strobing is the simple makeup technique of highlighting to creates  youthful, dewy look, that catches the light just right way for photos.

Two A-list ladies known for their glow, J.Lo and Beyonce are longtime strobers.

Other celebs embracing strobing are Taylor Swift, Kendall Jenner and Kerry Washington.

Take note of the shine on Kendall’s forehead, cheeks, nose, and chin. That’s thanks to strobing.

All you need is some highlighter or illuminator. My pick: Highbeam from Benefit Cosmetics for light a complexion and their Sunbeam option for tan and darker skin tones, $26 at Sephora.

Also Physicians Formula from the drugstore has makeup palettes you can strobe with for around $12.

Apply to your forehead, bridge of the nose, the brow bone, cheeks, chin, and cupid’s bow.
