Having clear and radiant skin is really important to me. It might just be my number one beauty priority. I have pretty sensitive skin and get more than the average occasional breakout. Not fun. When my skin behaves, I feel more confident (hey — look good, feel good!). My obsession: finding good products to achieve gorgeous and glowing skin — this also includes incorporating healthier eating habits. – MQ
Here are { Five Things Wellness } to help you get glowing, radiant skin:
1. Hydrating Face Mists
Face mists are vert refreshing! My favorite times to use them are after a workout or on humid days.With just a spritz or two, a good face mist helps me feel glowing verses grimy. I also find them useful whenever my skin feels like it’s craving moisture. Use in warm months for a face refreshments and keep around all year to combat dry, winter skin.
Bonus: Not only is Vitamin E super moisturizing, it also strengthens skin’s UV defense.

2. Coffee Scrubs
Who knew caffeine had a few glowy-skin benefits? The high-caffeine content stimulates blood flow, which can help reduce the appearance of cellulite, stretch marks, psoriasis, varicose veins, eczema, acne, and scarring. I found out about Frank Body through their stylish and artsy Instagram photos. Style and wellness? Yes. Please.

3. BeeSpa Hand + Foot Cream
I think I found the holy grail of all hand + foot creams. Without a doubt, BeeSpa is by far the best one I’ve ever tried. BeeSpa is made from all natural, botanical, vegetable-based, and vitamin rich ingredients Main ingredients include beeswax, shea butter, and essential oils.
Some benefits? This cream hydrates and softens skin, has anti-aging vitamins A, E, and D, contains antioxidants to nourish skin, and help maintain skin elasticity.
{ BeeSpa is available online and in a few retail locations, $29.99. }
4. Credo Beauty
I don’t strictly use only natural products, but because of my sensitive skin I just try to use more of them. Credo Beauty has definitely helped introduce me to natural brands. They have a page dedicated to clean beauty swaps, so you can find a replacement product for one that is clean, natural, and effective. Credo is like the Sephora or Ulta of natural beauty brands. The brick-and-mortar store is in San Francisco, but they recently opened an online shop, meaning we can all enjoy their goodies from anywhere. Yay!

5. Homemade Watermelon Juice
If you think eating watermelon is refreshing, try drinking it. You’ll be glad you did. I wish I did this sooner. Watermelons are rich in antioxidants, lycopene and Vitamins A and C that reduce free radicals, ya know, those pesky things that cause fine lines and wrinkles. Writing about watermelon juice is giving me some serious cravings. Here’s a super-simple recipe that’s super-tasty too.
{ Recipe: Blend chopped-up watermelon pieces (the smaller the better) until smooth and pour in a glass over ice. Optional: garnish with a slice of lime or sprig of mint. | image via }
