Happy Wednesday! I’m Tiffany from beijosTiffany. Living in a small town, I never really had many people to share my love of fashion with so I created beijosTiffany as a place to express myself and share my passions. BeijosTiffany is more than a style blog, it’s a lifestyle blog. You’ll find posts from yummy recipes, to sale posts, to outfits I’m wearing and places I’m traveling to.

Living within a budget is something I try very hard at doing. Yes I’d love to own that crave-worthy designer handbag, but sadly my wallet only stretches so far. After taking a vow to never use a credit card again, I find that I reconsider my purchases more than I ever used to. Online shopping is a great way to find bargains and helps me live within my means.

When I find an item that I need I always search and compare prices at other sites. Then I hop on my eBates account to see what the cash back percentages are at the sites I’m considering buying from. The last thing I do before clicking buy is to search Google for any sale discount codes. Retailmenot.com always has a good list of current codes one can use. Between these three options I’ve managed to save a lot of money and even make money back with the eBates cash back.

I recently bought this R&J Handbag  (the brown bag pictured above) and between the eBates cash back, a percentage off and free shipping I ended up saving over $50 on the bag!

For in-store shopping, I always head straight to the clearance section before browsing the regular priced racks. Even though its clearance and you think it might be last season’s merchandise that’s not always the case and it can really pay off by doing this. I just recently found this Kirna Zabete bag at Target marked to $12 from $40 (blue bag pictured above) and these Liz & Co pumps on sale for $15 (orig. $30) at JCPenney.

There are a few items I’ve saved on my Currently Obsessed site that I use as a wish/watch list. I like to visit these items periodically to see if the price has dropped at all. Signing up for websites newsletters is a great way to get discount codes sent to you. Right now I’m holding out waiting for ASOS to send a code so I can pick up these shoes and sweater at a fraction of the cost.
