I get it, the big holiday push is over. We’re on to Valentine’s Day, Easter, and pre-spring shoes. These seasons move a bit too fast for my liking, but shine and sparkle can go all year. This is KMart’s Dream Out Load Trend Hungry debut and I gotta say, I don’t know why I don’t own this piece yet.
It’s perfect. It’s got the right amount of glimmer, not too overwhelming, affordable, and can be worn for work or play.
