While window shopping online, the usual, I found a shirt/dress (not sure??) at Urban Outfitters for under $3.00!! I too, was shocked. It was originally marked at close to $40.00. Then I focused on the actual design.
If you were planning on attending an after-holiday party, are celebrating Russian Christmas today (yay!!!), or like to stock up for next year, then this is a steal. Otherwise, I’d rather buy a cupcake.
