When it’s breaking new that you went to Target, then you know you’re a superstar. Budget fashionistas rejoice! Beyonce stopped by Target in Texas over the weekend. Not only is Beyonce the only person that makes being naked and doused in glitter classy (check her out on the cover of Flaunt), but she’s down to earth and likes to try on hats at Target too. I did the same exact thing this weekend, except no one photographed me and it was a Target in Philadelphia.
