{ Dare To Wear } Black, White, Jean & Bling

Hello spring! Yesterday was the first day of the new season and it also snowed most of the day. I kept my jean jacket and these cute shoes in the closet and opted for boots, winter coat, and a beanie while trekking to NYC and back (I’m working on something new and can’t wait to spill the beans super soon!!).

Warm days are on the way. To kick off the new season I’m showing a third way to wear a jean jacket. It’s one go-to piece that’s perfect for spring’s wacky weather. Make it part of the outfit and wear all day or  let it serve as a topper and throw on when you’re heading out the door.

{ Style Tips }

1. Mix your prints or match them. It’s up to you and your creative eye.

2. Use black as a backdrop. The pants and the top are simple and chic. It’s also a blank canvas that works well with colors, patterns, jean, jewels, whatever.

3. Add a brooch for extra bling. I absolutely love wearing pretty pins on coats, jackets and vests. A gorgeous brooch can take an old jacket from drab to fab, seriously!
