Valentine’s Day is right around the corner. I’m getting in the season of love with a little pink, red, and love-themed jewelry. This light shade of pink on the blouse is one of my favorite colors and reminds me of delicate beauty — think ballet slippers or a baby’s room. Now that I think of it, this is the color of my room back at my parent’s house. No wonder I’m so drawn to it.

{ Style Tips }

1. Try caged booties with tights make for warmer feet. Toes will be a little more toasty and you’ll also get more wear out of your party shoes.

2. Light colors go great with light makeup. It’s fresh, springy, and works day or night.

3. Brighten up all black with a pastel color. Try mint, lilac, baby blue, or light pink (like me!). Have the color near your face to draw the eye up to you.
