Flowers are in bloom, my allergies are driving me nuts, and this weather is just so beautiful! As you may be able to tell from the last two Dare to Wear posts, printed pants are having a moment and are surprisingly versatile. Wear dressy, casual, or infuse a little flower-child style to make it your own.

Style Tips

Top long? Tie it in a knot –  so simple and chic.

Don’t worry about matching pants to a top. There’s no yellow in the pants, but looks good anyway.

Commit to the trend. I’m wearing a floral crown, not the easiest piece to wear. If you’re gonna go for it, go for it. Self doubt kills any look.

Feeling short? Add long necklaces. They create a long, vertical line and look quite complimentary.

DARE TO WEAR: a blog series dedicated to “dare to wear” the same thing three weeks in a row. If you’re gonna buy it, you better be able to wear it at least three ways, right? Each month a new item is featured and will be styled three ways over three weeks. Photos by Audrey Gallagher.
