Long lashes are always hot in Hollywood. Lash extensions have been a hit for J.Lo & Kim Kardashian West (pre West) and a miss for others like Kristin Chenoweth, who had an unfavorable reaction to the lash glue. But now there’s less expensive and extensive way to snag the look and you can thank the Kardashian Klan (of course. they have a product for everything). Kim walked down the isle of the KimYe wedding with long lashes from the beauty line she shares with sisters Khloe & Kourtney, Kardashian Beauty, formerly known as Khroma.
Does anyone remember Kim saying she didn’t want lashes in their beauty line and Khloe was super annoyed? Kim was all like “I’ don’t even wear lashes anymore,” or something along those lines. But hey, we all change our minds especially if it will help our bottom line, right??
Anyway, Kardashian Beauty lashes have seen a spike in sales and you can snag falsies for cheap. Lashes from the line start at $6.49 at Ulta, and the exact ones Kim wore are the Kardashian Beauty Lash Dash Faux Lashes Individualist Lash in Khloe’s Lashes and are at CVS for $7.99.
Wait, there are more options to long lashes on a budget. Katy Perry has a lash line with Eylure that are around $7, or opt for a fabulous mascara. It’s far easier to apply than fake eyelashes and will last a couple months instead of a couple wears. Try the trend with Benefit’s “Are They Real?” mascara. I’ve used it a ton and can tell you that it really works. A mini size costs only $10 and will give your lashes lift, volume and long length.
