Celebs Wear Flower Crowns… and So Can You!

This whimsical trend may not be the most versatile to wear, but it sure is pretty. Obviously, celebrities can pretty much wear whatever whenever and it’s not weird (hello, we expect them to give us something to stare at).

Sisters Kendall Jenner, Khloe Kardashian Odom, and Kourtney Kardashian donned flower crowns this past weekend at Kim Kardashian‘s baby shower.

Katy Perry sported a blue one when promoting the Smurf movie back in April and again at the premiere of Gatspy, while Vanessa Hudgens rocked a floral crown at Coachella. Even Kesha is in on the floral headgear.

When to wear?

This trend, while feminine and free doesn’t work on the daily. Instead, save for a special occasion. Here’s a few places you can wear.

1. To a concert. These babies were made for festivals.

2. Out with the girls. This trend isn’t one that men understand (what else is new?). Save for a picnic with the girls.

3. To a party. Take a cue from the Kardashian klan. This dainty accessory looks fab with a summer dress, your hair down, and looks amazing for photos.

4. Wedding. These things are supposed to have a romantic vibe. You might as well dress the part from head to toe.
